If you say, ?I can?t relax?,
If you are not able to allot any work to anybody and do all the work yourself,
If you often wake in the morning to find your clenched hands,
If you habitually sit on the edge of your chair,
If you become irritable when you have to sit still and do nothing,
If you are always in a hurry,
If you always catch your train and bus at the last minute chasing them,
If you always sit with your subordinate till the job is completed,
If you find it hard to listen anybody and wants yourself heard always,
If you are always impatient with everybody and with everything,
If you become irritable when interrupted,
If you stick to details and not just start the work,
If you worry at every thing,
If you get upset when things go wrong,
If you always have the feeling that somebody is watching you,
If you are too to sensitive to criticism,
If you are unhappy whenever people disapprove some of your actions,
If you think that you are indispensable,
If you want yourself to be the best, always, in everything,
If you are not able to forget and forgive the injuries caused by others to you,
If you are not able to appreciate the sense of humor you find around you,
If you are not able to allow other people to alter, modify, add, delete some of your plans,
If you are not able to devote some of your time in reading a poetry, enjoying the nature,
If you habitually take your food standing, running and without tasting it, If you habitually away from your family,
If you are not able to participate any social events or service activities or functions,
If you do not have time to pray or to go to the temple,
Then my dear friend, I can tell who you are!
You are too tense to live in the world!

The knife was not properly sharpened, after I sharpened it, a good knife. The sheath is bad, it can not hold the knife securely, hetcht part is OK.

(I can’t wait to chop some stuff and find out.) The picture obviously leaves much to be desired, but the whole thing actually looks better than the picture. However, I wonder why the brand I received is actually Smith & Wesson instead of Schrade? No worries though, both brand names are equal to me (whatever). If these tools performs as well as they look, this is a an absolute bargain, and I totally recommend buying it. But if it breaks… CURSE YOU!!! (lol, j/k) (NOT REALLY!)

Volunteering is one of the most rewarding things you will do. You will receive as much for giving your time as the ones that benefit from your hard work. Volunteering will also be a frustrating experience if you do not consider the answers to a few questions before you commit your time and energy. One of those questions is Do you know what your true obligation will be?

It has been my experience that the one that will be doing the volunteer work must estimate the amount of time required. In almost every situation where I have considered a volunteer position in the past, I was told it would take considerably less time than what I felt was needed to do a quality job.

They may be concerned that you will be scared off if you knew how many hours it would really take. Maybe they don?t have the skills required to assess the amount of time it would actually take. It may also be that they are stating what someone else told them and the estimate was not based on the current tasks and circumstances.

Regardless of what you are told about the amount of time it will take and the skills that will be required, be sure you learn enough about the expectations of the job to make your own informed decision. By doing this, you will know if you will be able to give your volunteering responsibilities the attention they deserve while also considering the other important priorities in your life. If you believe the commitment will be considerably more than you can bear, find another volunteer opportunity that will be a better match for you. Once you participate in positive volunteer experiences over time, you will find ways to dedicate more time to volunteer.

To learn about 8 additional questions you should ask before volunteering, sign up for the free Everyday Giving ezine at http://www.everydaygiving.com. You will receive our informative article 9 Questions to Consider Before Volunteering.

What?s your perception of people who make ?To Do? lists? Are you full of admiration for such an organised approach to life? Do you sigh and wish you could be like them? Or, do you shudder at the idea of running your life in such a timetabled fashion?

What sort of people are these list makers? You might immediately conjure up a picture of a neat, conservative person, who in your estimation ought to ?get out more?. What about the non-list makers? Are they the carefree spirits, dressed casually, whose life just happens, or are they the people who turn up late for every appointment?

Some people say that they used to make lists but the lists started to ?control? them. They pushed themselves to get everything done on the list, and kept adding things as the day progressed, leaving them exhausted. Others who don?t make lists complain that although they get the essentials done, the day can often drift by with little sign of achievement at the end.

Let?s get one thing clear. Whether you?re pushing yourself to clear a list, or drifting through your day wondering why time management doesn?t work for you, you are making that choice. Yes, that?s right, you are making that choice! Just think about this for a minute. No one is making you do all the things you?ve put on your list, and no one is sabotaging your day so you can?t get much done. If they are, then maybe you have a ?boundaries? issue. So, how would it be if you took the time to create the list that suits you.

Maybe it would have important tasks on it that HAVE to be done, reminders so you don?t forget, perhaps one thing that would take you towards a goal you?ve set eg. If the goal is to clear your office clutter, maybe you could spend 30 minutes a day getting rid of out of date papers. But, don?t timetable every moment of your day otherwise you?ll panic if it doesn?t go according to plan, or feel that the list has become an albatross hanging round your neck. The idea is to still provide enough structure to get things done but with plenty of built in freedom too.

I’m from New York the city that never sleeps where things move at a fast pace, and things can get pretty hectic here. Sometimes you just have to say, hold everything, and take time out to regroup. Just like many of you who already have busy schedules, work, children, and after school activities to name a few.

You have to learn to organize your time to get the most out of every day and in the same instance you have to Be Good To You. The majority of our time is caught up in daily rituals. Get up, get the children off to school, go to work, come home and prepare dinner, get the children to bed then we get up and do it over and over again.

The thing is now you want to start your own business so that means your going to have to find a few extra hours in your week, besides the fact that we all need to unwind sometimes. So along with your regular schedule keep a few things in mind.

Be Good To You

Exercise - It’s really pertinent that we learn to incorporate 20-30 minutes of exercise into our day atleast 3 times a week. Your metabolism will increase, energy level will rise and you will begin to feel like a brand new person. Walking, jogging, gardening and for some of us who just weren’t born with that exercise gene daily house cleaning will do the job.

Eat Healthy - Our eating habits can really make or break us. At this point in time I think all of us know what eating healthy means. When we begin to cut out the sugar and the fat we begin to see a significant change, but consult a physician because i’m not too big on the word diet. So what ever healthy means to you just do it.

Plan Your Business Hours - All I want to say is follow a schedule. Do you have an extra 20 hours a week? How about 15 or 10 spare hours that you can set aside and devote to your home internet business? You will need to be consistent to stay in the game. I don’t want you to get lazy on me. Treat your work like a flourishing business and it will become just that.

Hang Around Positive People - None of us can afford to waste time with negative influences. People that always have a problem or look at life through a pair of dark shaded glasses. Whether we believe it or not negative people leach off our energy when they don’t have enough of there own. I’m not saying totally avoid these people but keep in mind you can’t spend lots of time with these people. So for those of you who have friends or relatives who can’t seem to get their lives together, can’t seem to find the positive in their situations, or always try to turn your smile into a frown I say run don’t walk. They can and probably will hinder your progress. These people do need some positivity in their lives but just try to cut back on time spent with this type of character.
